Bencom is a company with a rich history, a leader in their field since 1990. They are a business center specializing in accounting, legal, and consulting services, as well as software development and business plan creation.
They approached us with the need to redesign their main website, Bencom, and to create a new website for their product, Abacus. From our very first meeting, we established an instant connection. They appreciated our ideas, and we quickly finalized the contract to begin work on the project.
The primary goal was to design websites that reflect their business and reinforce their position as leaders in their industry.
Bencom entrusted us with the creative freedom to refine their branding where needed. While their logo provided a solid foundation, other aspects of their branding lacked polish and clear definition.
We began by defining typography and color schemes, introducing fresh elements to elevate their brand identity. From there, the project naturally split into two directions: website development and further branding refinement.
This approach worked seamlessly, as there was an overlap between the two. Bencom was enthusiastic about incorporating the branding elements we created into the website, which allowed both aspects of the project to complement each other beautifully.
We worked on both standard and unique branding elements to enhance Bencom’s identity. The standard items included memos, business cards, proposals, and email signatures.
In addition, we had the opportunity to design more distinctive elements, such as the windows and doors of their offices and a custom background for their POS terminals. These creative touches added personality to their brand and ensured consistency across all aspects of their business.
Infographics played a key role in visually communicating Bencom’s brand story and complex data in an engaging way. We designed clear, on-brand graphics that enhanced presentations, marketing materials, and internal reports, making information more accessible and impactful.
We designed them with the flexibility to be seamlessly integrated into the website and even animated. The final result met all these requirements, and the client was highly satisfied with the outcome.

While they provided some initial content and ideas for what they wanted to showcase, it was quite raw and required significant refinement. We invested considerable effort into crafting well-structured, SEO-friendly content designed to rank effectively and drive traffic to the website.

The result was a dynamic website featuring subtle animations that guided users from a high-quality experience to a “wow” factor.
A key aspect of the project was creating a multilingual website, so we prepared content in both English as well as the Montenegrin language (the first language).

Establishing graphic standards for Bencom’s social media posts was a noteworthy aspect of this project. When they requested this, they likely didn’t anticipate just how helpful and user-friendly our solution would be.
We designed several types of posts tailored to different themes and social networks, setting them up in various formats so Bencom could simply select the format they needed without having to make any adjustments. Everything was created in Figma, allowing them to easily swap images, update copy with just a few clicks, and export ready-to-post visuals.
This approach not only saved them countless hours of work but also set clear visual standards, ensuring all their social media content aligned perfectly with their brand identity.
