- Write and edit SEO-friendly, high-quality content (English and Serbian) that stands out and connects with diverse audiences. From blogs and case studies to web copy and social posts – your words will drive traffic and conversions.
- Revamp existing content to maximize relevance, clarity, and engagement. You know how to take a good piece and make it great.
Brand voice & Storytelling:
- Be the voice of Ginger IT (and our clients), ensuring that our funky yet professional tone shines through every piece of content.
- Develop narratives that gingerize brands and capture readers’ attention, leaving a lasting impression.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with our SEO specialists, designers, developers, and CMO to ensure every piece of content aligns with the overall strategy.
- Brainstorm with the team to bring fresh, bold ideas to our marketing efforts.
- Take part in our community management, this way or another.
Performance monitoring:
- Use analytics tools (like Google Analytics and SEMrush) to keep an eye on how your content is performing and optimize when necessary to ensure we’re always improving.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and evolving SEO strategies – you know what’s hot in content marketing and how to apply it.
Skills & Requirements:
Performance monitoring:
- Experience: 1 year in copywriting and SEO content creation, ideally in a fast-paced agency or tech setting.
- SEO mastery: Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization. You can make Google happy without losing the audience’s attention.
- Creativity meets strategy: Ability to write engaging, fun, and clear copy that meets both brand and performance goals.
- Collaboration ninja: You’ll work with the design, development, and marketing teams to create a seamless digital experience. Teamwork is the secret sauce.
- Analytics geek: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to track performance and adjust content as needed.
